The Harbour School, a small private school for students with learning challenges, autism, and multiple disabilities, has many great career opportunities. Transition Specialist - Working with special needs high school students on developing employment and independent living skills in both classroom and community settings. The ideal candidate will have experience with job development, job training, adult community services, understanding of state and local support services, college linkages and other resources for young adults transitioning from school to the community. Experience with developing IEP goals and transition plans a plus. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Driver's license and clean driving record is required. A bachelor's degree in vocational counseling, education, human services or related field is required.
