Parent Teacher Organization

An active, welcoming Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is an integral part of The Harbour School culture. Family involvement is highly appreciated, as it enhances our community and helps make sure the connection between home and school is a vibrant one. The PTO serves as an important link between the school and families. The PTO brings together families and staff, offering support to The Harbour School through new parent support, volunteering and fundraising. PTO projects have supported performing arts, sports, prom, field trips and individual teacher grants. This support has enhanced the school program for all students. In addition, the PTO on each campus has hosted social opportunities to bring the community together, including fall fun fests, bowling and BINGO. The Harbour School also has an active Facebook page to keep in touch with families.

Interested in joining the PTO?

There is a PTO on each campus. A PTO board is elected yearly and meetings are held on a regular schedule. All of our families are welcome to join the PTO, attend meetings and participate in activities.
